1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment and confirmation from our team via call, WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
Customers must provide accurate pickup, drop-off, and contact details.

2. Pricing & Payments

All fares are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices may vary depending on distance, vehicle type, travel dates, tolls, parking charges, state taxes, permits, waiting time, and other applicable charges.
Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm a booking.
The remaining balance, if any, must be paid before or at the start of the journey unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation requests must be made through our official contact details.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges and transaction fees.
No refund may be applicable for last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or after the trip has started.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must carry valid government-issued identification where required.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the journey.
Smoking, illegal substances, or unlawful activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be chargeable.

5. Driver & Vehicle

Our drivers are experienced and committed to safe driving practices.
Vehicle allocation may change due to operational reasons while ensuring a similar or upgraded category whenever possible.
Drivers are not permitted to exceed legal speed limits or violate traffic regulations.

6. Delays & Force Majeure: Ritu Tours and Travels is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by traffic congestion, road closures, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, vehicle breakdowns, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Travel Insurance: Travel insurance may be offered as an optional service during booking. The terms, coverage, exclusions, and claim process are governed solely by the respective insurance provider.

8. Price Alerts: Our Price Alert Service is provided for customer convenience. Fare alerts are based on available information and do not guarantee future pricing or vehicle availability.

9. Website Usage: All content, images, logos, and text on this website are the property of Ritu Tours and Travels unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

10. Privacy: Any personal information shared with us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used only for booking, customer support, and service-related communication.

11. Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service. We shall not be responsible for indirect losses, missed flights, missed trains, business losses, or consequential damages arising from unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

13. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
